Young Liverpool prospect Billy Kumetio is set to join Blackburn Rovers on loan this winter.
The defender is set to spend the rest of the season at the Championship club.
Rovers, led by Danish legend John Dahl Thomasson, are 18th in the Championship.
Koumetio, who is highly rated at the Anfield Academy, could also play this weekend.
Blackburn play Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.
Koumetio joined from Orleans FC in 2018 and has had two major performances so far.
