He will certainly fail in this task, but Jurgen Klopp would love it if every game for Liverpool between now and the end of the season wasn’t about him, especially at Anfield. The Liverpool manager tried to play down any mention of him being out for the rest of the season in his press conference after Friday’s surprise announcement, but he must have been aware again of what lies ahead ahead of the Norwich clash.
And in the meantime, Klopp has taught Liverpool fans a lot, but this will not get his wish. The best he can hope for is to keep things under control while fans appreciate his efforts over the years. If you look at what is in front of you now, it should be something that can be easily accomplished.
