Aden Durde traveled a lot to become an NFL coach. Unlike many professional coaches, he was born and raised in Europe, in Middlesex, England to be exact. Durde played professionally in England and spent time with the London Olympians and the Scottish Claymores. He also played for the Hamburg Sea Devils in Germany.
In addition to playing professionally in Europe, Durd spent time in training camps with the Carolina Panthers and Kansas City Chiefs. Durde also served as defensive coordinator for the London Olympics, helping fill the role of defensive quality control coach when Dan Quinn became head coach of the Falcons. During his five seasons in Atlanta, Durde was the quality control coach and pitching coach. Durde was hired as the Cowboys’ defensive line coach in 2021.
