Matthew Judon is ready to go. The star quarterback missed the rest of the 2023 season after the Patriots’ Week 4 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Reports suggest Judon could return in December, but with New England out of contention, the 31-year-old has been ruled out. Judon asked for an update on the injury during an appearance on 98.5 The Sports Hub’s “Felger & Mazz” on Thursday.

But we’re talking about a player who had 32 sacks in New England’s first 38 games. In order for the Patriots defense to reach its potential next season, they will need a healthy and committed Judon to wreak havoc on opposing quarterbacks.
