Real Madrid is the favorite to win the Champions League this year, according to Chelsea legend John Terry.
Terry made these remarks following Monday’s round of 16 Champions League draw.
The former England center back thought Real Madrid would have a fantastic season considering their vast experience in Europe. He assisted in finalizing the draw for the Champions League knockout stages.
In the Champions League last 16, Real Madrid will play RB Leipzig of the Bundesliga.
“I believe Real Madrid is a team you have to look at.” According to Terry, who was cited by The Mirror, “I think they have been fantastic for probably the last seven or eight years in the competition and they are always there.”
“As an individual, I think Bellingham has been amazing, and they have a great manager in Carlo, with whom I worked at Chelsea for many years.” The players adore him, and he is a terrific man manager. They are very good tactically, and I believe they will succeed.
