Steelers fans are calling for Colin Cowherd’s head on a platter
According to sources, Colin Cowherd proposed a trade that would send TJ Watt to the Colorado Buffaloes (yes, you read that right) in exchange for Shedeur Sanders, a quarterback prospect who just so happens to be the son of NFL legend Deion Sanders.
Steelers fans were quick to respond to Cowherd’s proposal, and let’s just say they weren’t exactly thrilled with the idea.
“Has Colin Cowherd lost his mind?” asked one fan on Twitter. “TJ Watt is a top-5 defensive player in the league and you want to trade him for some QB prospect?”
“Shedeur Sanders isn’t even in the same league as TJ Watt,” added another fan. “This trade proposal is a joke.”
Even some of Cowherd’s fellow sports analysts were left scratching their heads at the proposal.
“I don’t know what Colin is thinking, but this trade proposal is crazy,” said one analyst. “TJ Watt is a franchise player and you can’t just trade him away for some unproven QB prospect.”
As for Cowherd himself, he’s been surprisingly quiet on social media since the proposal went viral. Maybe he’s realizing that he might have made a mistake?
